I am directed by Secretary Sir Philip Cunliffe-

Lister to transit to you a copy of a telegram from the

Governor of Hong Kong regarding the transfer of the Government

Wireless services to Imperial and International Communications

Limited.

2. Sir Philip Ounliffe-Lister thinks it desirable for

this telegram to receive the consideration of the Imperial

Communications Committee as soon as possible.

3. A copy of this letter and of its enclosure has been

sent to the General Post Office.
